Are the prices shown in US Dollars?
Yes, all our prices are in US Dollars, as we have found this to be the most convenient / understandable currency for our customers all over the world.
Why was I charged an international transaction fee?
If you ordered outside of the United States, your credit card company can charge you an additional international transaction fee.
Why two charges appear on my bank statement?
Please note that Nano Projector and the accessories may appear separately on the bank statement.
Where are you based? Where do you ship from?
We are a London, UK based company with warehouses around the world and manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China.
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. Here are the exact delivery times for each country:
USA: 7 - 25 business days
UK: 10 - 25 business days
Australia: 10 - 25 business days
Canada: 10 - 25 business days
Western Europe: 10 - 30 business days.
Rest of world: 10 - 40 business days.
International shipping delays can occur due to your country's customs process. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal carrier for final delivery, and DHL tracking may stop updating. In a small minority of cases, delivery can take longer than the information above states. If it's been more than 5 weeks, contact us and we will help track down your order.
You can track your parcel here, just use the tracking number which we have sent to your mailbox. If you haven't received the tracking number, please send us an email to email@example.com
We process orders from Monday to Saturday 7:00 am - 22:00 pm. Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us here.
If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. For a list of final sale items, please see our Returns Policy. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
